Terms of Service

Welcome to SeoulHabit. These terms cover how you use our website and shop with us at seoulhabit.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you're agreeing to what's written here. Please read it — we've kept it as clear as we can.

1. Who we are

SeoulHabit is an online skincare shop. We curate Korean skincare bundles built around simple daily habits and ship them to customers in the United States. When these terms say "we," "us," or "SeoulHabit," that's who we mean. "You" means the person browsing the Site or placing an order.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. If your shipping address is outside the US, we won't be able to complete your order. We may add new regions over time — the checkout will always show where we can ship at the moment.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown. We confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in the price or product description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

You're responsible for giving us an accurate shipping address and contact details. We can't be responsible for a delayed or lost package caused by a wrong or incomplete address.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Free standard shipping is already included in the price of every order — there's no minimum to hit and no shipping added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

We do our best to keep prices and product details accurate. If we discover an error in a price after you've ordered, we'll contact you before charging or shipping, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Any promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, and have no cash value.

5. Shipping and delivery

Your order is fulfilled by our shipping partner, Korealy, from Korea. Here's the typical timeline:

Processing: about 3–5 business days after you order.
Delivery: about 7–21 days after processing (roughly 2–4 weeks door to door).

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. These timelines are estimates — customs and carrier delays can add time, and holidays can slow things down. We'll always share tracking so you can follow your package.

6. Returns and refunds

We want you to feel good about your skincare habit. Because these are personal-care products, our returns work like this:

Unopened items: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping is deducted from your refund.
Opened skincare: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products can't be returned or refunded.
Damaged, wrong, or lost items: If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong product, or your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return needed.
Final sale: Sale items and gifts are final and can't be returned.

7. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but skincare works differently for everyone. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Our products are cosmetics, not treatments for any medical condition. Always read the ingredient list and patch-test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies, and check with a healthcare professional if you're unsure whether a product is right for you.

8. Using our Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with how it works or try to access it in ways it wasn't designed for. The content on the Site — text, images, logos, and the SeoulHabit name — belongs to us or our partners and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

9. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know at hello@seoulhabit.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

10. Limitation of liability

We work hard to give you a good experience, but the Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, SeoulHabit isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, and our total liability for any order won't exceed what you paid for that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our shop grows. The current version always lives on this page, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. If you keep using the Site after we update the terms, that means you accept the new version.
