How long does shipping take?
Because our products ship directly from Korea and our supplier network, please allow 7–15 business days for delivery within the US. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We'd rather set an honest expectation than over-promise.
Do you offer free shipping?

What's your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare can't be returned unless faulty. See our Refund Policy for details.
