Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only. If your address is outside the US, you won't be able to complete checkout yet.

Free shipping, always

Standard shipping is free on every US order. It's already included in the price you see — there's no minimum to reach and nothing extra added at checkout.

How long it takes

Your order is fulfilled by our shipping partner, Korealy, from Korea:

• Processing: about 3–5 business days after you order.
• Delivery: about 7–21 days after processing — roughly 2–4 weeks door to door.

These are estimates. Customs and carrier timing can add a few days, and holidays can slow things down.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.

If something goes wrong

If your package arrives damaged, you get the wrong item, or it's lost in transit, get in touch via our contact page with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no return needed.

Returns

For our full return terms, see our Refund Policy. In short: unopened items can be returned within 7 days (return shipping deducted), opened skincare can't be returned for hygiene reasons, and sale or gift items are final.
